Such a wonderful and touching portrait, I once had a mare that was led into the barn at the end of day by a three year old child. The lady who boarded my horse trusted her so much, she was absolutely perfect with small children. This image reminds me of her. Thanks for the memory LF

I just love the contrast of the tiny girl with her large horse, and the way the horse is so watchful of her. The way his neck bends around to envelope her figure makes a brilliant composition.
